Shipping & Returns

We use both Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver our products.

Shipping will be charged at a cost depending on the size of the order.

Bespoke products and products made to order cannot be returned unless damaged in transit en-route to the customer.

Damages / shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.

Replacements (not refunds) for damaged goods will be provided once damaged goods have been returned and inspected.
